1. Acceptance
Using Tracker Pro ("the Service") means agreeing to these terms. "We", "our" and "us" mean Tracker Pro, from the house of Atish Mathur. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Tracker Pro is a current-affairs archive for candidates preparing for the Civil Services Examination. Articles worth knowing about are photographed from the day's newspapers, filed by paper, subject and topic, and published with a short note of what matters in them. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission, or to any newspaper or publisher whose material appears in the archive.
3. Accounts
3.1 Signing in
Reading requires an account, and the only way to get one is to sign in with Google. An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
3.2 Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms, that is shared beyond one person, or that is used to harvest the archive. A suspended account may still sign in with Google and will be refused by the Service.
3.3 Paid access
Access may be offered on a paid basis. Where it is, the price, the period it covers and any refund terms are stated at the point of purchase, and those terms apply alongside these.
3.4 Refunds
If you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund the payment in full, with no questions asked. Write to admin@atishmathur.com from the email address you paid with. Access paid for by a refunded payment ends when the refund is made.
3.5 Signed-in browsers
An account with a Tracker Pro subscription may be signed in on at most four browsers at the same time, unless we have set a different number for that account. Each browser profile you sign in on counts as one browser. Past that number, we may refuse a new sign-in until you sign out of one of your other browsers. You can sign out up to 2 of your other browsers in any 7 days.
4. How you may use it
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Copy the archive, in whole or in part, by any automated means — crawling, scraping, scripted downloading, or any other non-human access
- Subject the Service or any of its content to automated analysis by artificial intelligence or machine learning, whether directly or through any tool, extension, agent or third party. This includes permitting any AI agent, AI-assisted browser, script or integration to access, read, navigate or extract from the Service on your behalf, and uploading or supplying the archive, in whole or in substantial part, to any AI model, chatbot, large language model or similar system in order to summarise, analyse, index, train on or generate output from it. Copying an individual passage by hand into such a system for your own private study is not prohibited by this clause. If your account is used in breach of this clause, no refund will be given, including within the 7 days in section 3.4
- Redistribute, republish, resell or share the clippings or notes outside the Service
- Share your account or its credentials with anyone else
- Work around the sign-in requirement or any other access control
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or disrupt its operation
5. Ownership and permission
5.1 Newspaper material
The newspaper articles reproduced in the archive remain the property of the publishers and journalists who made them. We claim no ownership of them. They are collected and presented here for the purpose of private study and research by individual candidates.
If you are a rights holder and object to material appearing in the archive, write to admin@atishmathur.com identifying the material, and we will remove it.
5.2 What is ours
The classification, the notes on what matters in each article, the arrangement of the archive, and the software that serves it are ours, and are protected by intellectual property law.
5.3 What you may do
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-commercial licence to read the archive while your access is valid. It does not extend to redistribution, to copying on another person's behalf, to commercial use, to making derivative works, or to any use by or with the artificial intelligence or machine learning systems described in section 4.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. In particular we do not warrant that the archive is complete, that a given article or newspaper will appear in it, that the classification or the notes are free of error, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Nothing here is advice, and the archive is not a substitute for reading the newspaper.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost profits or revenue, or for loss of data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
9. Links elsewhere
The Service may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and are not liable for anything that follows from your use of them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revisions appear here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means accepting it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service.
12. Severability
If any provision here is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
